The ABC Study Team attended 5 Relay for Life events in Victoria in the first half of 2016. We were well received by Cardinia, Ballarat, Casey, Bendigo and Wyndham. We have also been represented by Cancer Council WA Staff at several events in WA.

In Relay season 2, 2016, we have attended Relay for Life at Seymour and we look forward to attending the LaTrobe Relay for Life in October.

Cancer Council Victoria Research Coordinator, Fiona Bruinsma, attended the Adelaide Central Relay for Life event in late April. She also had the opportunity to meet with Cancer Council SA Staff, who have been great supporters of the ABC Study.

Relay for Life events are a great way for the ABC Study to promote participation in the study and to connect with many people who have participated. We are very grateful to Relay for Life staff and committee members for welcoming us and assisting us to make these successful events.
