If you don’t remember your password or are receiving an error message, you can
reset it here. Passwords must be minimum of 8 characters long and include at least one digit and one letter.
We’re sorry to hear you are having trouble logging in, please try these troubleshooting tips below.
- If you are using a password manager or saved passwords with your browser, make sure this is updating correctly when you create the new password. Sometimes it can be necessary to type in the fields manually.
- When resetting your password, if you get an error after entering the date of birth this is usually caused by a typo in the date of birth in our records, so you will need to let us know the correct date of birth by emailing info@abcstudy.com.au or call us on 1800 688 419.
- If you are prompted to enter your old password and you don’t remember it, use the forgot password link instead.
- Please note that we will never email you your password. Please double-check that you’re entering your password (not your username).
