If you choose to opt out, we will not contact you further about the current follow up study but you will still receive updates about the progress of the study and invitations to future study components (approximately every 3 years) and eligible substudies.

If you choose to withdraw, you will not participate in the current follow up study and will not be contacted again. We will continue to use your information and/or biospecimen samples unless you request otherwise.

If you would like to withdraw and you do not want your information or samples to be used, please let the study team know by clicking here. Your information and samples will be de-identified and/or destroyed securely however please note it is not possible for us to destroy information or samples from research analyses that has already been conducted.
